Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into the original STACCATO shoebox and secure them in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid return label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal onto the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
